We embed ourselves into teams, working part-time but fully committed, taking full ownership of processes. Our approach is simple: we onboard quickly, adapt fast and get things done.

We’re young professionals—less experienced than traditional consultants, but also far more affordable. Instead of paying €150–300/hour for a senior executive to handle hiring processes, financial admin, or CRM setup, founders can work with us for a fraction of the cost. We bring top-tier experience, proactive problem-solving, and a hands-on approach that drives real results.

We’ve helped founders set up scalable processes, apply for grants, hire great people, and build strong foundations for growth. And we’re just getting started.

While Ops Starters began as a solo venture, the team is growing. We now have a network of entrepreneurial, high-performing professionals who take on part-time projects in business operations, product, and even engineering. As we grow, our goal remains the same: to empower founders by giving them the execution support they need, when they need it, without the commitment of a full-time hire.
